RECOLOGY: A Cautionary Tale

To launch the Recology Safety Program, we featured Arnoldo Diaz, a former trash hauler at Recology who had experienced a life-altering accident while on the job. During filming, Arnoldo shared his story seamlessly in one take. As we were wrapping up, Arnoldo casually mentioned that he had never shared this story with anyone beyond his family and close friends. This revelation took me by surprise, as we had spent several discussions shaping his narrative, and he had never mentioned this fact until that very moment.
